In this presentation, we demonstrate the predictable patterns of muscle imbalance at the heart of this painful condition. Through observation and muscle resistance testing the nature of the condition can be quickly identified. A treatment plan is then formulated and applied to address the underlying cause as well as treat the specific nature of the client’s symptoms. Then simple, targeted home retraining is demonstrated to maintain the benefits of treatment.
